Phil, It will take a big discovery for this stock to ever see $5. I think you better look at the history of small mill operation gold stocks. I see nothing in this company to remotely justify such wild optimism. As for the mill I believe it will restart. However, I know the economics of startups after shutdown - the term is working capital. Perhaps the lag time in revenue from the prior gold production will provide the needed $. My fear is an announcement, especially if gold is trading around $280 or less, that would read something like - pending a more favorable outlook for the POG the company has decided that it is in its best interests to put the mill and mine on a care and maintenance basis to preserve valuable company assets.
