My opinion... I say tmm is looking for and has found a sugar daddy. A company that wants to go public and is willing to buy into the fact that tmm may have some value. You have heard the value to be between .12 and .24 This is the biggest pipe dream in history. This is a smoke and mirror company and you have all been led down the path of false hopes and broken dreams. Even today the same old stuff is coming out of the mouths of management. This company is being set up for resale... of course they are going to cut the grass and paint the shutters, fix the broken gutters and make it look valuable. Gee let's toss in the Randy Jackson suit,,, now that sounds good and quickly adds to the value,, Baloney.... the suit has no value until it has value.... the Elvis CD big $$$ ... Baloney, it has no value until it has value... for three years now this company has sold the public smoke and mirrors... this is fact people, not sour grapes.. Peter Olsen and company left tmm was selling for .34 a share,, it's now .01 Comon,,wake up,,, those that are left want something for their effort. so my guess is, that a lot of shares are going to the hands of one officer in a short period of time,, and rightfully so, he negotiated in good faith and Tmm did not come up with the funding to pay him. Now realize that he will own a lot of shares by early this summer. So if Tmm can be converted into a private company any deal can be arranged where the common holder may be the last guy in line to get anything. Just stop trying to figure out how the chpt 7 and 11 work,, tmm will not let it happen. What you should focus on is always this.... as much as you may like the guy at the top, he is going to pay himself first, and it is justifiable. And you, the little guy will be left holding an empty bag. Think like management, and you will understand very clearly where you are headed..... Nobody can stop this from happening,, some my try to divert your thinking and put your attention elesewhere,,, but be wise my friends, be wise. Robert P.
