Grant the important thing is management has managed to get someone to throw in 400K, someone has confidence in this story and in this company. I for one applaud this deal this company now has some working capital and some confidence, something which has been lacking for a long time. This could also just be step one as perhaps this group will be there for a larger placement down the road and it was necessary to get things started at these levels. Now if we see some decent results, which wouldn't be a big surprise, we can continue to go in a northerly direction. JM
