Been applying Bonide" or Bonine? Fruit tree spray.

If infested spray liquid Sevin (attached to hose) on them.

We have Japanese Beetles. It takes 3 applications for two years from a drop spreader and it is good for 10 years.

The adults lay eggs in the grass. They crawl out in the hot days and eat the new tender leaves.

Last year we'd pick 100 off every day. Drop them in water with Dawn detergent.

Not sure about your bug. In doubt call the county agent.

Same to you Longhorn. Enjoy the summer. Cohu closed above 40 today. Break out next week I hope.
