These days, when I see "racist" my assumption is the user of the word is the problem, not the person accused. And it usually means that the accuser is the racist. However, since the Africans seem more aligned with Russia and China than with USA/UK/Poland, I guess that the Poles were interrupting the South Africans to disrupt their attempts to negotiate no war in Ukraine.
