Dave, at some point this will happen, a combination of the two. if you take their tax loss and the number of cfb shares they own(btw it is only 400,000)the potential 1mm gold ozs, the titanium and the copper, a merger would be good for both. however, with money rolling into acmg, they can develop their gold from the present 200,000 ozs to say 500,000, it is easily mined because it is sitting up on a hill waiting to be bulldozed out. if this happens or gold price goes up, we can mine gold, merge, j/v or just collect the royalties and use that to pay off some debt. anyway you look at it, acmg is worth at least a dime plus. cfb shares o/s is 25.3mm f/d.
