My answer is non directed to you "worSICK". Your response is very NASTY and MEAN SPIRITED. It really matters little as to what things like you say. As to "PRIVATE LAWSUIT". YES I am pursuing it and anyone wanting to know more about it can e-mail me at STOCKDEALS@aol.com I would add that should the company issue stock at a low price, it will strengthen the lawsuits considerably, since it would amount to an admission as to how desperate they were. One more point, Initiating a lawsuit does not make me bearish at a stock price that is low and a stock on the rebound, with things starting to happen, however I would not buy at $70 now.
