Bill, the PRA myth has been debunked by numerous sources. I won't repeat anything they say. I will point out, however, that Trump is using the Broken Kettle defense: Kettle logic - Wikipedia 1) I don't have to return those documents because they're mine mine mine. The PRA allows me to keep them. 2) When I returned the documents, I fully complied with the request from NARA, so I shouldn't be charged with a crime. 3) And the reason why I didn't fully comply with the request is because some of my personal items were in those boxes. Any one of those defenses, if pursued separately, might have had a chance of succeeding. All of them put together, however, will lose the case. Tenchusatsu
