Wharfie,
How do you know? Does it matter if our "friends" saw them?
No one can prove that those documents fell into enemy hands.
All Trump's intentions are bad.
No one can prove that he intended to do harm to our national security. It's all "extreme carelessness," which as James Comey argued, deserves the #hillarypass.
He's loathed by even more.
Let them express their loathing at the ballot box.
Magnanimous to who? 73 M Trumpers, or 81 M Never Trumpers plus the phrase "Nobody is above the law"?
Of course nobody is above the law. That's why, if I were Trump's defense attorney, I would argue for jail time and a fine.

There you go, Trump does the crime and he does the time. Justice is served.

Anyway, I've said enough about what a sensible defense attorney would argue. Trump doesn't even want that because of his oversized ego.

Hence if Trump loses the case, he will lose big, and special counsel Jack Smith will be motivated to throw the book at him.
