POTUS Biden is correct that the Core Comrade Jinping is most assuredly a dictator, but absolutely wrong that Xi dictates to the population of China, for China population, whilst can be manipulated by the unwise and the less wise every so often, cannot be dictated to.

Xi’s foreign policy workers just dictated to Biden’s Blinken

I figure Alex below is very close to the mark, at the intersection of two red lines forming a cross shaped thus ‘X’, starting at the 43 min mark

Blinken might well think he made ‘progress’ which arguably he certainly did, but might not be in a direction he ought to go unless he intended to repent and pivot 180 degrees, … essentially Blinken got his last ‘candid’ counsel, in the form of dictation. I thought Blinken’s face looked ashen when emerging from his first two and substantive meeting with Qin Gang then Wang Yi. He looked as if spanked, and … well … having been dictated to, Ala Alaska March 2021, part two.

I have been in candid meetings in my business career involving China, and frankly, or candidly, I did not enjoy them …

I used to have a gold coin in my pocket for such meetings just so that I could extract and fondle the coin so that my candidness were well within ‘guardrails’

43 min mark
