Widdle Donnie is on tape discussing a secret war plan General Milley prepared for him against Iran, should Widdle Donnie decide to go to war with Iran. Bill and his fellow Magadonians think Widdle Donnie can take this and other military secrets away and keep them and sell them if he wishes.
