However, I'm just stating the law and what his team has said the facts are.
That's the thing. You THINK you're stating the law because it's the only interpretation of the law that you're willing to believe.

But not only is that explanation just plain wrong, it also contradicts Trump's own actions to deceive government officials.

That's why I believe Trump is guilty of obstruction. Had he returned all the documents in the first place, he wouldn't have been indicted. Had he argued that all those documents were his "personal items" in the first place, he could at least have a consistent case.

But it's his self-contradictions that will do him in.

I've always argued that, if it weren't for double standards, liberals would have no standards.

Seems like that is even more true for Trump and his supporters.
