If I may be so bold as to answer for Mr. Carson, I believe this is what you're looking for:

Hello Chief;

Without being dis-respectful Chief, this has been the situation that is confusing many, people really believe that this court ruling is about title, it is not, it is the mineral rights, that were improperly awarded to the CVG.

He has answered these questions on numerous occasions, may I suggest that you either e-mail him, or look up his responses on the SH forum, or go to SH if your a member, and scroll down to his name, and start looking back, you will find his responses to those questions, he has been asked many a time, I am not in contact with Roy Carson.

I just posted what he has this AM, on SH.

It has been officially gazetted in Venezuela that I.M. has title Chief, this ruling has nothing to do with title.

By Venezuelan laws, mineral rights go with the title, this is about getting those rights back, people must understand the difference.

With regards,Frank
