The market reaction will depend on what analysts think of the deal. They should push up their estimates for the second 1/2 of 98, and for 99. But will they? They just cut those est. about 3 weeks ago.

Huge earnings growth is coming, but not until Q3.

Cube has problems at $24, $28, and certainly at $35.

We should see 3 days of big volume, next week. After that, we worry about VCD units in the next 4 months.

$24 is the 200 moving average. Once above it, a stock will tend to test it on pull backs. The last few times Cube was above that average, it broke back below it. We may spend some time in the 20s.
