Mohan, sorry. But I guess I am too lazy also. This comes to about 6 million per insider(in terms of dollars) even though I think that I remember 1 sale was about 50 million worth? I have been trying to look at the total shares hold by those insiders but lost my bookmark. Could you give me a link? I guess I could stick my head into the sand and shrug it off as a normal sell. But with all this stuff floating around when Intel insiders sell, like normal, I would like to look at it. I know we have gone through this many times over the years but with all this confusing stuff out there, it does make you wonder. I am not a nay sayer. I have been in Intel a long time. It is not as much that someone would want to sell on this info but it could make a difference if you wanted to buy more right now.

When Disney CEO M. Eisner sold his shares, a heck of a lot more, there was half the talk about it, especially when the report came out that he bought stock after exercising all those options but I checked into this also. I was satisfied that it did not mean a thing and bought some more Dis. Thanks.
