Well, who, actually, will be selling on Tuesday? Mathers can't because the stock is not liquid enough and they will incur a huge loss for their 7400 shareholders. Debs are finished. Options cannot be exercised. The small investor 5-20,000 shareholders will be the ones who panic and lose. No one else will be affected by this. I think it is a foolish move, but, owning this stock for a year has been foolish also.
