Bob,

I understand the current price for #2 in Charleston is hovering around the .45/gal rate. The discrepancy in price between Florida and S. Carolina could exist for any number of reasons, much of which may be due to Charleston being a fairly large terminal port.

As for feedstock, I don't have any current information on the price of waste oil. However, I do recall BC mentioning that if were able to employ 3 GRNO operated oil collection trucks that he felt they would feel much more comfortable with their profitability based upon 200/gph. Running their own trucks they could offer to drive by and pick up waste oil for free, thus circumventing having to buy it on the open market.

I think we just have to realize that until GRNO is permitted to operate at 1000/gph, the Charleston unit will be important only for its ability to demonstrate the process for clients who are aware of its true capabilities.

As for your other questions, the only information we currently have is what is available in the press releases.

Regards,

Ron
