TJ, not knowing intimately the environment in Israel, and in depth the various real estate related laws and the court system, I think is impossible to form an objective opinion.

For years I also did not have a clue as it was not of interest.

It all started to happen in 2010 a few years after my return to care for my mother, as the 24h caretaker could not deal with the healthcare system.

Fact is that the second severe fire in my apartment started when I was already in ER room, and this is proven by formal records. The emergency call recordings were not delivered to my attorney even when the request was approved by me for validation. Those recordings will prove unquestionable who was the caller, as it was not me!! Question Why?

They forced my attorney to be dismissed and appoint a Municipality appointed attorney who is trying to cover up everything and threaten and lies without any problems.

Contrary to the audition on SI, I do have the full support of a few that have known me for years and appreciate my personality and forwarded written recommendation to be presented in court with their name clearly mentioned. They are former Academic Lecturers, CEO and/or Attorneys of substantial companies by Israeli standard.

Knowingly dealing in stolen real estate is my guess it is criminal, and same for breaking into your apartment by smashing the door or setting your belongings on fire and all documentation that demonstrates violations of law IMHO. It is criminal as is, threatening (recorded) to smash your bones, or trying to electrocute you when taking a shower, by disconnecting the apartment electrical grounding, or be a "killer if needs to be" if you refuse to give up your rights on property that was validated by the magistrate courts in Tel Aviv for a pittance.

Unfortunate it is all in Hebrew and pointless to load up the documents.
