TADs are nothing new. Most countries other than the US finance receivables with TADs or bills of exchange or Traites or whatever the name of the foreign designation. Before WWII , TADs were used in the US. Bought by banks. Died out due to price war, financing by balance sheet and high cost of admin.

Why TADs now, call Company for research report and or marketing material. Better yet speak to customers.

Devil in Disguise is the song clemnza should be singing to you..I am very curious to use your words " what's your story " The first time you posted on this thread was Feb 13. Immediately you started attacking anyone who questioned Dan Loeb. Now Dan has said goodbye like before ( but he never lies ) and you come in....Is this to take the heat off Dan Loeb...will this save his license..or a liable suit.

I noticed you posted on mr.Pink thread quite often....What gives, if your a short you missed the boat by a month..

Dan,Exactly what is it that you do??? It seems to me you spend your life either putting down ACRT or brown nosing pink...Do you serve a purpose or just another brained washed follower of the pinkie cult.....We are going to make money with ACRT and at least we had the balls to make our own investments(win or lose) without having a fearless leader like your beloved pink....Just give him a blowjob and get it over with. P.S. Please tell us your position in ACRT or do you even have one....If not then get a life and stop wasting our time with your negative comments....MONDOMAN

Dan,

I will go slow for you and try to use 2 syllable words. Mondoman explained himself correctly, correctly for people who follow the company. You can't do your homework, just off of this thread.

Mondo meant is Actrade finances companies of all sizes. What he meant by a bridge, is that Actrade finances a lot of construction companies in New York, in particular a rather large one, who does 200 million in Revenues. Actrade also finances Greybar Electronics, which is a 1.2 billion company, which is just starting to use Tad's for their whole company.

What mondo meant by an array of different ventures is that it may be any kind of company? For Instance, Morton International has signed on to use the Tads.

Tads are by no means new, if you read any of actrade's information, you would have found out, they came from England, in which they are still used. What is new, is that they are being deployed by Actrade, which is the only company doing this.

As for Mondo's statement of criteria, he simply means Actrade goes through typical and standard credit checks, before signing the Tads.

Mondo's conclusion is that Actrade now is in the position, to deal with Billion dollar companies because of its strong financial condition.
