The guy may be right, but so many other reasons say that he's not...

We'll see...

I suspect some trouble ahead...

Nice post! Not to me, but I'll comment anyway. Actually, I'll comment on something similar I'm thinking about.
I believe this is an actually different scenario we have going here. Because, the amouunt of liquidity
(Bailing out, allowing the irresonsible to continue being more and more reckless) is unprecedented.

Tony Dwyer has a good take on what the current situation is.

Everytime previously that we had the exteme levels of interest rate inversion we have had and have
recently, there has been a recession. However, this time, the market momentum is such that it has never
happened when the market turned down amid a recession. Something has to give. We are in a new bull
market OR we are not and a severe recession is imminent. I would say the majority have now become
believers in a new bull market, so if this a fake, somewhat like but more severe that in the start of the
great depression, then it will be a setup that will cause truely massive losses. On the other hand, if this
is a new bull market, then the crowd that is sticking with the theory that the bear will return with vigor fairly
soon (maybe by early next year at the latest) will miss out on big gains and maybe lose a lot of money
buy being short.

I have done just about everything wrong/backwards lately. I don't have any useful opinions.

Too many people are complacent about this market pull back right now, this isn't good...

The RUT never rallied while the $INDU, $SPX, and NQ did, this also isn't good...

But, we'll see how it goes from here...
