let me clarify that I think a takeover is purely hypothetical, only for the sake of valuing the company from a different perspective.

There is some type of a poison pill in place and I seriously doubt that management would remotely contemplate a friendly sale.

As to why I didn't bring up MOT, even hypothetically speaking, I don't see a match. T actually makes the most sense because they need to re-establish themselves. Besides, I don't want to mention MOT and have qdog yepping and biting at my ankles.
