This may be the influx of money we need to keep SALV solvent until a decent revenue stream can be generated, I hope! Who are these Biscount people? What do they know that we don't? I wonder if they have any dealings with medical products? This certainly seems like a better way to raise capitol then selling stock to Tailwind at a big discount who then turn around and dump it on the market, pushing the price down. I dunno, maybe it is darkest before the dawn.
