Why should I post again what my motivations are for posting here? Been there, done that. Go back and read if you missed them.

What makes you think these boards are here for shareholder cheerleading sessions? Prospective investors come here for hopefully a balanced view which posters like myself provide.

I find it hard to believe that you can't understand why employees confide in past employees who were friends. If you've ever worked in a corporate environment you'd know it goes on every day.

What do you think, they're disloyal? That management is always right? Guess again, Jocko.

Maybe it's employees who are loyal to the company who hate to see management destroying it with bad decisions. Or using it for their own selfish gains. So they commiserate with like minded employees, past or present.

Plus, no one likes to move to a new job if they don't have to. Many people stay at their job even if they're not pleased with the way the company is being run.

The logic and common sense behind this made me hesitant to waste my time spelling it out the way you've forced me to.

My documenting what's gone wrong is not the problem. The problem is how the company has been run.

To be honest with you it's my belief that the situation is even worse than what I've posted. I haven't pulled many punches, but there are things that I'm not saying.

Stop looking for someone to blame for your poor investment in NTN.

So you're putting your money where your mouth is? Most people try to put their money where their brain is.

I tried being polite, but obviously you weren't interested.

Dwight

But he certainly seems to take it as a personal insult if anyone might disagree with his opinions on how to achieve that success.

Dwight has repeatedly stated that information from the company is not to be believed. Yet, he expects us to not question third-hand information that he says is accurate.
