Wharfie, That's nice, but we were talking about the disparity in marijuana arrests. Same thing. Simple possession of anything illegal is hardly enforced in a vacuum, even in states where marijuana is still illegal. By the way, you know why everything in California is getting decriminalized these days, from shoplifting to open fentanyl use to trespassing, vagrancy, prostitution, etc.? It's all because of "equity," a.k.a. "equal outcomes." Any law that disproportionately affects protected minorities, no matter what other circumstances there may be, is by definition "racist" and must be repealed. That's what "equity" has brought us, Wharfie. Higher crime, less safety, dirtier streets, and less consequences for such behavior. Now I'll wait while you gaslight us into thinking this is all "normal," that crime is actually in decline, and that people and businesses aren't leaving "woke" cities like San Francisco. Tenchusatsu
