You can apply affirmative action quotas and pay "reparations" until the cows come home, but the IQ bell curve is what it is and will always remain a cold reality. Lower class black culture disparaging educational achievement is another negative element. And I'm talking averages, not individual exceptions, of which there are many.

Everyone knows this, but it's "racist" to admit it. And black professionals who achieve success due to individual effort and merit are the ones who pay the price of affirmative action, as people automatically assume their success is due to dumbed down standards used to fulfill quotas..
