I live in BC lower mainland, about 10 miles from Vancouver. we seldom see a cold snap long enough to build an igloo any more.
Oh OK. I was thinking of my time in Revelstoke, which was pretty cold, but is more comparable to Colorado.

Vancouver, B.C. is comparable to Seattle. I don't know how often it snows in Vancouver, but Seattle and Portland uncommonly saw snow back when I was living there.
