Jeffery, it is my understanding that the warrants can be exercised at any time. There is a difference between being able to "exercise" your warrants and the warrants being "callable." They cannot be "called" in by the company until the stock has closed at 6 3/8 or better for 20 days. However, I believe that at any time investors can send their warrants to the company with $3.50/warrant and get a share of TPRO/TAVA in return.

I believe that you can exercise the warrants at any time. One must be watchful as I was caught in the BNGO warrant call. Saw stock go quickly from 10 to just over the exercise price of 5 and stayed there
until the call period expired. This was in Dec. 97. The stock then dropped to a low 0f 31/2. Just yesterday hopefully started a turnaround.

Always Hopeful

Folks,

I don't want to get involved in a long discussion of warrants here, but please be very very careful. Warrants are deadly. I lived through a warrant call on BNGO a couple of months ago. It was a terrible experience and I wish to hell I had spent some time studying it before I got involved with the warrant. If TPRO calls the warrants, my only recommendation is to either 1)sell the warrant immediately..don't kid yourself about fundamentals of the company etc...., the stock will go down and 2)if you decide to hold because you think the stock is going higher, make damn well certain you have the cash to convert in a safe place and that you have a long term investment horizon.

Read this article and then read the BNGO thread from around early Nov and the MVSI thread (they suffered a warrant call as well) and I think there is a warrant thread on SI also.

Best of Luck,

PS - I don't own TPRO...but was just passing through. Take this advice for whatever you deem it worth. :)
