"No one wants to reverse the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960's." Really? I don't know if this is true, but I know it will happen at some point. Also, somebody will do it for bi-racial couples, but Thomas will dissent on that one. The next Supreme Court term, there will be a case from a shop owner who refuses to serve Black customers.
