Thanks Graustus. More or less, just one goofball, willing to post everything he does. I remember starting the year wanting to put a minimum of one full year in on little traders. I had them all in a portfolio, and then the dam broke, and it all went to crap. I didn't even have a back burner to keep them on. They were all used up. I remember reading The Jungle many years ago. I thought it was a very good book, until I got near the end and thought, this much crap couldn't happen to one family. LOL!!! Friday was not to be denied. Went next door to turn the air on, so it would be cool when my daughter got home from vacation. Never did it before on my phone, but on the walk home tried to log into my mothers Vanguard account. Couldn't log in. Less than two minutes later, I get a call from Vanguard asking if I had just tried to log into an account with the password XXXXXX. Well, yes I had. And that is how it started. I checked recent logins on my phone, and actual Vanguard sites showed up, so still wondering how they got the login, but regardless, they had me going for a little while. Pretty sure if my brain wasn't fried, I would have figured it was a scam sooner. I give them kudos for their ingenuity. Scammers, ug! Brother-in-laws surgery a success and they sent him home this morning. Lives alone, so the wife will stay with him a couple of days, starting Tuesday. Won't know what kind of cancer for two to three weeks???? On the upside, my sister only called me three times all week. Hopefully she is making friends, and taking part in activities. Did have her here to spend about six hours with mom on Thursday. It is hard to explain, but it wears me down.
