I have been relying on Ed and others for information, who seem to be calling the company for updates at least once a week. I think the company said the recent one was all cash, but didn't give any details. I am going to Oceanside tomorrow for a week's vacation, and won't be posting anything or knowing anything either until I get back. I suggest asking Ed, as I think he contacts them regularly.

Someone mentioned that in talking to the company recently, they were told that they are working on an acquisition(s) that would double sales to the $135M level in the next FY, and that earnings would be immediately accretive. I really like the sound of this.

I am also anticipating that the impact of hiring this PR firm will be very beneficial (big results so far) and will be worth the cost (stock options to him, someone said). Goals I think are to get a wider stockholder base, national exposure, to reduce the quantity of stock in the float- (I saw many big blocks of stock being acquired this week)etc. If the stock price goes up significantly, it will help in getting acquisitions at a lower cost to us, we hope.

I am thinking that the PE ratio will be higher than it would otherwise be, and that the strong buying pressure will help to limit any future big down moves (this may hurt your trading strategy, if it happens) and I am personally willing to buy more stock and warrants at higher prices than I would have before this event (if it plays out positively, of course).
