Where I'm still lacking confidence and knowledge, is with the pipeline mlp's in my Roth/ira where I've had distributions over several years (no UBTI or negative UBTI) I think each year you're going to receive either positive or negative UBTI. It would be odd to receive neither. I think it's in line 20v on the K-1. And your accumulated negative UBTI can offset your future positive UBTI from the same MLP under the same social security number. This is what TD has failed to do for me. I am trying to make them use up my accumulated UAN negative UBTI to offset 2022 UAN positive UBTI.
