Nor for that matter, does the closing out of a company's publicly traded warrants constitute dilution. That's a misconception I see on any thread where the stock has warrants. The holders of warrants are, for the most part, people who are trying to hold the stock in a leveraged manner, either to save capital or take advantage of an up move. Few of them will sell or convert their warrants without essentially exchanging the proceeds for the stock. Thus the concept of dilution is quite diluted when it comes to a discussion of warrants.(:->)

Regarding Topro, I think the biggest waste of bandwidth here in the last several weeks has been that devoted to some ficticious "dilution" of the stock. This is a business that is on the verge of exploding, and they'd have to dish out an aweful lot of shares to be legitimately accused of dilution. I've seen no evidence whatsoever of that kind of activity.
