When I put out my previous post Re: BRSP, EPR, MPW and UNIT I was hoping there may be a Comment or two from anyone who may be familiar with those particular REITs, as REITs are not a category of stocks that I've invested in, in the past.

What attracted me about them was that 3 of them had Dividends between 12% and 12.5%, while one was at ~7% ....
But that may be counteracted by other aspects of them.
