If I'm not mistaken USA was created for and by We The People. Those Immigrants in creating came from counties of govt control/corruption/hardship. Families, lives ruined. Those arriving after had heard America was the land of the free.. US Empire Canada many countries are now collapsing. People no longer vote. Obvious today this is their last grasp to control. Obvious they've done their best to weaken society to control. The People are waking as futures are, and maybe destroyed. When starving and backed into a corner, what will a parent do? A Father knowing corrupt govt destroyed his child's future? Freedom to think for oneself, to create is that not key in advancing society? Can we vote?
