In your recent post you stated " so I've done
some digging tonight to see what I could find on the web. Mr.
Fung's only "title" is Vice-President of Gordon Capital, an
investment banking firm in TO."

I'm afraid your information digging is a touch dated and was incorrect. Mr. Fung's capacity at Gordon Capital was Vice-Chairman not Vice President. If you note I used that in the past tense. Mr. Fung has left his role at Gordon Capital to devote his time fully to Crystallex International.

I have heard the following comment a few times now from high powered Bay St. types. "Never bet against Fung"

Best regards,

Rob

Carl, I choke as I say this, but good work ya big trouble maker. You see, I DO appreciate it when people bring good information to this forum. What I hate are people with obvious manipulative agendas. I also hated your attitude. Remember you called me arrogant? Well how arrogant is it for you to come into this forum and DEMAND that we show you why you should invest in KRY?

Anyway, your comparison of Fung to Brian Peckford is flawed. The scenario you describe, where high profile people are brought onto boards as nothing more than window dressing, fails in the KRY/Fung case. In these types of relationships, these people very rarely get involved with the company. Fung is not only involved, he is extremely 'hands-on' and in fact many believe he is running the show.

Also, he resigned from Gordon Capital a few months ago and is now slated to become Chairman of the Board of Crystallex.

Hello Carl;

Please, I have never associated you with some short syndicate, I do know of one, and I do know who is leading it, his game, and it will be his folly. You have been good to ask questions, and I asked for patience, as I am very busy.

Here is some other information relating to Mr. R.Fung, please accept my apology for not being totally accurate in listing some of their titles, Queens Council or "cel", is or means a government lawyer, but this is not where they shine, I posted stuff earlier with regards to Bob Nihon, now here is a treat with regards to Robert Fung, please enjoy;

While Li Ka-shing (http://bigmouth.pathfinder.com/Asiaweek/97/0822/cs1.html#cs3)is well on his way to dominate the first truly global, tribal network, his son,Richard
Li (http://www.pacificcentury-grp.com/people.htm)is moving swiftly to make Canada his operating base ready for the Dragon Century. They control
empires of business enterprises, such as Hutchison Whampoa ( irasia.com Related Companies (http://www.pacificcentury-grp.com/related.htm) all over the Pacific Rim through cyberspace.

Richard li, through Pacific Century Group, acquired a controlling interest in Gordon Capital,(http://www.pacificcentury-grp.com/gordon.htm )and
became one of the largest shareholders in CIBC and CIBC Wood Gundy (http:/www.cibc.wg.com/ ) Wood Gundy recently
acquired CIBC Oppenheimer (http://www.oppenheimer.com/ )for US$525 million.

Gordon and Gundy have invested in Pendaries Petroleum ( pendaries-petroleum.com ). Gundy has also financed a VSE
company(including a US$12 million line of credit) called First Quantum Minerals(http://www.first-quantum.com/). FM-V is involved in
Zimbabwe and the Congo in gold, copper and cobalt production. The Right Honorable Joe Clark (ex
Prime minister) has been appointed special advisor. Their legal consul in the United Kingdom? Mrs.
Tony Blair(PM).

Now that we have gone from Hong Kong to Africa, why not back up to Canada, and head south. Fung
is doing just that, and judging from the add that Gordon Capital put in the Globe and mail late last
year, they want to be involved in any future financings that may come up. I understand that Gordon
offered Fung a great deal of money to stay. They will make even more money if they follow him.

BB Fisher's ECLAC (http"//forums.stockhouse.com/viewmessage.asp?AutoNumber=47500 )report stated that ,"Latin American countries received a record US$73 billion in
foreign investment in 1997. How much will be invested in 98? Ask George Soros, or Harry
Oppenheimer,( mg.co.za ) Africas richest man, to name a few. BTW, ask Harry about consortiums as well...he
invented them. Anglogold's Minorco (http://forums.stockhouse.com/viewmessage.asp?AutoNumber=47723 )is well placed in Latin America.

The party is in Venezeula and Brazil, and MO and Fung are the guests of honour. MO has come a
long way from the investment banker days when he travelled to Asia. He may understand Venezuela
best of all. Many associates objected whed he sold gold to the government for bolivars, for a huge
discount. I believe that KRY will be fighting off investment bankers with a stick when they realize what
management has pulled off. Besides, there is only so much to go around, and Fung will have to take
care of his friends first. And we all know who that list is by now! Or do we?

With help from an aquaintence.......thanks Pat....8-)).

With regards,Frank

Dear Carl,

Just a brief question if you please. Why do YOU think a billionare and a man of considerable accomplishment as Robert Fung is...why would a man like this join a relatively small, no "household" name mining exploration company? I would like to hear YOUR view on this. I have already seen your views of what others think, thank you.
