Bert, Ever notice how certain individuals at various on-line boards, especially those that have liquidated their position, continue to talk this stock down??? I guess they are trying to save us all...Yeh!!! Crap!!! I am sure they all have a hidden agenda and it's to try and influence the share price lower... look at yesterday's trades, what was it a block of 140 shares lowered the price to 0.44, the house was the Big "C"...more tonight...

Name Change Official

Regulatory authorities have confirmed the official change of company name from JOT-IT! Software Corp. to
Sideware Systems Inc. effective Wednesday February 18, 1998. This decision follows the approval of a special resolution by
shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held in Vancouver on January 29, 1998.

Sideware Systems is a publicly traded company on the Vancouver Stock Exchange trading under the new symbol: SYD effective
February 18,1998. This new symbol will replace: JOT used to date by JOT-IT! Software Corp.
