Thanks for your input E_K_S ..... I have seen that you are rather keen on REITs.

I'll look into DOC.

I originally got some ideas by using FINVIZ ..... they have a fairly extensive Screening facility.

I like the idea of REIT's invested in Warehouses, especially if the likes of AMAZON are involved .... one probably couldn't ask for a more stable and reliable "Tenant" !!
