I happen to know a little bit about this company as I once worked for Exor. There are two pieces to this puzzle, the company (Conac) and the stock. The company is in o.k. shape, could be better and looks to be getting better. They have a very good line of products however they have yet to get a large enough marketing program together to get it to the next level. As with any small software company personnel are key and they have been working to find the best people they can with their limited funds. The key is really money, they need to get a good sized funding to allow them to get their products in front of enough qualified customers. As for the stock, this is where the problem has been. Too many shares outstanding or rather float is too big. Now I have been informed and have noticed that a group has been accumulating stock for the last several months and has been trying to buy the control block from some of the existing shareholders. If this is true then we should see higher prices as this group wouldn't be interested unless they think they could make a serious go of it.
I have been a very patient shareholder as have many others on this thread. If you take the time to notice how the stock has been trading of late you can see that it is under accumulation. I believe we will soon start to see higher prices, how high I don't know but certainly worth the risk at only $0.10 - $0.15. I will stay in touch and let you all know what I hear.

Cheers,

Paul
