ISEE—Is the purpose...to encourage new hires to stay? Or to make sure they can’t vote?
These are grants of restricted stock (not stock options). They are effectively cash bonuses since all restricted stock (whether vested or not) is being cashed out by Astellas.

The buyout just closed: prnewswire.com

Thanks for reallocating the $40.00 a share buyout of ISEE. The 80% gain was nice for my contest portfolio, but sadly I didn’t own shares in my real portfolio. After the offer was made and due the short time frame for closing the deal I took advantage of the spread between $38.50 and the $40.00 offer. Picking up shares where I thought $1.00 per share profit was a good bet. Now I wish I had bought more shares.

If you don’t mind, when you reallocate the cash, would you let me know the share allocation per stock?
Thanks!
