Lerxst, You're an insider at Bay, what can you tell us about the current hiring trends with the company? I occasionally browse the job opportunities of the companies that I follow to see what types of candidates they are looking for. At Bay's web site, I do not see anything. If a company is planning to grow at greater than industry growth rates, I would expect their payroll to grow in a similar fashion. I see that Cisco, 3Com, Lucent, and Ascend are loaded with opportunities, where's Bay's? Wayde.
