Hi Ed, thanks for posting your experience, I would suggest that your resolve was primary due to your Dogbert incantations against the demons of stupidity. : ) I've seen al lot of system configurations and how they've been put together. Yours is choice, I've printed the formula and posted it for my technicians to marvel at. Primary port, Master position - Zip Atapi Primary port, Slave position - IBM HD Secondary port, Master position - CDROM Secondary port, Slave position - WDC HD Never seen one like this, I hope it wasn't that ATAPI Zip drive that we sold you that caused all of this, it looks like it had to be #1. : )) Thanks again for a great post.
