They said Joe was filing for patent against his previous desires, but realizes he must, and patent office is under BAAT pressure against any leaks. Bill (the guy I talked to) said there is a transition to market for his product that takes some time, but the co. can make money with other things while process of getting deals is done. For further info to your questions, call 1-818-565-5555. We were just talking about how screwed up the stock price is because of market makers, and that the SEC is putting great pressure on them to do better. The wild swings in market price should not normally be happening (3.25-1.60) Bill was confident that Joe would get right thru SEC, and it's a joke if someone thinks its more than SEC not knowing how to deal with internet hype/crap, SI yahoo ,and I asked if he worried at all about it, he said not much.(his OPINION)I liked it.haha. USA TODAY, the rag, will most likely put out a BETTER MORE INFORMATIVE article w/pictures in the next week or so. Patent also filed in next week-6 days. Joe talked for hours to USA Today for upcoming article to GET RIGHT NOT FIRST with their pressure-from-the-boss sensationalist SEC subpoena headlines. He said these were easier to write. I also mentioned that when they did post more info on their site, it would go a long way to ease investors minds, and make more incredible the naysayers. Bill seemed very in tune to the results this would have, as well, and said he will be on Joe to take care of this.
