Greg,

I'm surprised somewhat that the VSE doesn't investigate a stock that
goes from $0.88 to >$3 with no explanation (ie new release). Perhaps
the increase was not rapid enough to set off any red flags.
It would appear to me that IPJ leaked information to several newletters
but apparently either didn't feel any "additional" information needed to be formmally
released and/or were afraid of releasing any info until their COWs are
official granted. My question to you is do you think the later is a
reasonable concern? What might the "Indonesian powers that be" do if
exploration results with great potential were released without a COW
formally signed (ie steal the property back)? How risky is it for
any company to perform or report exploration results without
a signed COW in place?

Regards
RonS

PS Hopefully the concern over COWs will be a non-issue very soon.
