Alan,

I am glad you asked that. I just don't know the answer. There were 20 and then they closed 2 in TX. That left 18 at year-end, which I believe to be a solid number. Now I think the web-site (I cannot get on their site right now to confirm) has been up-dated and they stated that they closed two more unprofitable centers. If so, where? That leaves them at 16 right now. However, in OCT they said they were building 5. When are those coming on line?? So right now I belive we have 16. By the end of this quarter we should have 16 plus the 5 they are building, plus the 3 in Miss plus the other 1 in TX they are buying. So the end of the quarter would be at 25, I think. I hope they clarify this for us at the conference call.

If the projections hold and they buy the other 10 to 15 in the first half of the year we could end the second quarter with 35 to 40 halls. That would be tremendous! :)
