I believe(don't quote me) that there is only a float of about 2.5 million shares out of 7.8 million total. I don't have the info handy at the moment. They were featured as one of the Forbes 200 best small companies(I think the web site has a link for you at www.viasat.com). Management is a group of engineers that hail from Linkabit(the origin of Qualcomm, by the way). Hard working, knowledgable, financed growth by selling shares to employees with very little outside help. They appear to be well respected. Unterberg took them public and the same old guys follow them--Kaimowitz at Unterberg and Bregman at Oppenheimer. By the questions at their last conference call, I would think they need to follow a little more closely! Nothing you read here means anything to them I am sure.
