In the post I am replying to I show significant insider trading
activity for ACLY. In re-reading the SEC fillings I just forgot I
missed a significant chunk in a recent offering that included mainly
insider shares the prospectus was filled on 1/5/98:

The Company was incorporated in 1982 under the laws of the State of
Colorado. The Company's executive offices are located at 303 East 17th Avenue,

one of the persons selling (the guy who haldles the numbers!)
