Just read the latest 10Q to bring myself more up to date. Compared to
when I was involved many years ago, the company still seems to be accident prone in terms of getting involved with other companies - CATS and Sante Fe Laser being the current examples. They also seem to
be up to their necks in various financing deals as before, except that there are many, many more shares outstanding now.

What's the saying - the more things change, the more they stay the same. Am I missing something here?

Betty, The company was going to purchase Santa Fe Laser to keep its technology inhouse and close to the vest before the DD found problems I guess. Now with the introduction of the Britelite lasers "coming soon" how are they going to keep it close to the vest??? I do not see or hear them going after an type Laser company??? Are they getting a partner in this field??

Didn't they indicate at the Annual Meeting that they just started to build a Sales Force and stopped using the people at PPL to do the selling???
