Still messing with 10Q. Boys I think we are in trouble. The problems I see are major -lack of cash and the tremendous loss of deferred revenue=trade accounts receivable. The cash they have came from the 90 day note1,000,000note = 1,000,000 they have in cash(I assume since it was not there the previous quarter and is due 2-15-98) and from stock sale. Anyone know who got those shares and when they were sold. Also taking a serious look at Taylor - as chairman of the board he has to know what is going on and has a legal obligation to us, the shareholders. Sat down with broker tonight-thoughts were big instituional people are ticked off but will (i hope) scoop up shares at the soon to be 50 cent prices just to get their costs down. So some time between know and first quarter end when they report their gains(from their low cost shares) I am out of here. Should have stayed away last year. Had to laugh at the non-oem announcement again- is there a new definition for oem deals.
