Who's going to Foot the Bill for All those "unecessary" echocardiograms at a $1,000 bucks a CLIP ??? The Doc's who made the decision to prescribe? The patient Who doesn't seem to want to take ANY responsibility for what He or She chooses to put in their own Body? The insurance companies? The FDA? The lawyers are salivating all over themselves on this one & they are just getting their meter started good. I hate to sound like Pancho- But I think these questions are worth considering. anyway, Thanks for the informal survey info Scott ...... My personal opinion of the legal profession is some where just below used car dealers and above Whale sh*t. So I could be biased. The Buck Stops Here
