As I was perusing the charts of the semi-equips today, I noticed one interesting item. PLAB is nearing its 1997 high. Furthermore, PLAB's 1997 high is considerably greater than its 1995 high. I decided to make a comparison of Friday's closing prices to the 1997 highest price for each stock. The following is the result. PLAB tops the list. It is only 10 percent down from its 1997 closing high.
